My aim to further develop and refine my knowledge and skills as a Martial Artist and pass this knowledge on to students that come before me, ideally opening my own club.

I believe that Martial Arts is holistic journey, that encompasses mind, body and spirit.

It enables students not only to develop their physical and mental abilities. From this students begins to develop their skills as a ‘Martial Artist’ by being able to read any given situation and deal with the myriad of possibilities and outcomes that may arise, and then to choose the best outcome that is right for them.

I also believe that Martial Arts helps define the qualities of the person who undertakes this life style and helps creates a sense of one’s true self.
